This Program is great for all fitness levels and goals because when you sign up for your program, you will receive a questionnaire email that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you! The questionnaire helps me to sit down and customise the plan just for you!
Throughout the 8 weeks, you have 24/7 support through email, Facebook and Instagram! The first day of your program you will hold up a paper that says Day 1 and every week at your check in so I can make any adjustments that are needed throughout the program! This is also great because you can see your results throughout the program!
This truly is a set it and forget it program all you have to do is follow the program and you will get your results!. This program is also No Commitment and after the 8 weeks you can choose to enrol in our monthly programs!
